About our founder and CEO
Raj Kakar has devoted over 14 years to designing and delivering IT solutions for federal government agencies. He spent the majority of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Public Sector practice, deepening his understanding of federal operations and honing the strategic insight that would shape SevaCore’s launch in 2019. As SevaCore’s Founder and CEO, he leverages his technical acumen and management expertise to drive impactful, mission-focused outcomes for public service. Raj holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from UMBC, completed the Fullstack Coding Bootcamp at Georgia Tech, and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect—credentials that reflect his dedication to continuous growth and leading-edge innovation.
